My 5-hectare Dream: combination of (1) beauty you can see in glimpse in tourist spots, public plazas and rich men's house and landscapes; and (2) the sustainable productivity and self-sufficiency in Organic & Permanent Agriculture (Permaculture).     WHY ONLY RANCH, INSTEAD OF RANCHARD, THAT IS, RANCH + ORCHARD?   Why hadn't the ranchers ever thought of integrating orchard (fruit trees) into their very vast space of grazing land?   The typical ranch in the USA is up for sale -- read: going unsustainable aka bankrupt after its main products, namely: red meat, milk and its dairy by-products have been singled out to be the major causes of CVD (heart attack and stroke) and cancer, the two leading killer diseases in the USA.    Of course, to be fair, it is more on the processing of the meat and milk using toxic chemicals that are the root cause of these illnesses, not the grass-fed organic meat and milk.   But anyway, it is what it is.
