WHY ONLY RANCH, INSTEAD OF RANCHARD, THAT IS, RANCH + ORCHARD?

 

Why hadn't the ranchers ever thought of integrating orchard (fruit trees) into their very vast space of grazing land?

 

The typical ranch in the USA is up for sale -- read: going unsustainable aka bankrupt after its main products, namely: red meat, milk and its dairy by-products have been singled out to be the major causes of CVD (heart attack and stroke) and cancer, the two leading killer diseases in the USA. 

 

Of course, to be fair, it is more on the processing of the meat and milk using toxic chemicals that are the root cause of these illnesses, not the grass-fed organic meat and milk.

 

But anyway, it is what it is. The cow's products have knocked down many members in the American family, put them into coma or paralysis or in wheelchair... so who would not get frightened?

 

Therefore, the rest of the family, in the midst of sufferings, both financial and physical as well as emotional, have opted to slow down or even to totally shun the cow.

 

And consequently, the ranches no longer have their former big sales. The number of American consumers no longer buying meat and milk and dairy products is growing every year as they see the death statistic of 700,000 deaths due to CVD and 600,000 deaths due to cancer every year.

 

If the ranchers had enough foresight, they should have integrated fruit trees into their vast tract of land, wouldn't they?

 

Fruit trees can sit well with cows and grasses side by side, if planted far apart, such as 15 to 20 meters apart, to allow enough sunlight into the grasses to keep them thriving for the cows.

 

As the crisis in the cattle industry occurs due to consumers' refusal to buy meat and dairy, they would have the sales from fruits to fall back to and serve as their 'savior' during this time of crisis and they would not consider selling their ranches or converting them into sub-divisions, etc.

 

Why old ranches didn’t bother to integrate ranch and orchard and came up with the more sustainable Ranchard, where the fruit trees could and would make up for the losses due to the shunning of the cows by consumers?

 

What had, therefore, prevented our old ranchers from putting fruit trees into their ranches long time ago?

 

Why only ranch, instead of ranchard, that is, ranch + orchard?

 

 

WHY THE FRUITREES ARE FORGOTTEN?

Why forgot the orchard which of all kinds of livelihood, businesses, investment, jobs, works, employment or sources of income and life, is the least costly or the cheapest, most cost-effective, most profitable, most sustainable, and therefore, the best?

•       Orchard or fruit trees is the only type of livelihood that remains when all and everything in us, health, age, business, or employment, or even other type of farming, goes sunset.

•       When you grow old, or got sick, and is forced to retire or resign, or your business is forced to slow down or worse, goes bankrupt in your absence as well as due to big medication expenses, it is the fruitrees that remain bearing you fruits and gains!

•       When you retire, and your business also retires or goes bankrupt, it is the fruitrees that remain profitable, or even goes sunrise!

•       Even other forms of farming, such as the crops and vegetables, reach the stage when they are not sustainable such as when you are old and can no longer work the farm or manage its cultivation, but the fruitrees or orchard, God bless the fruitrees, continues give fruits, give income, give food, give health and healing, even if crops or vegetables cease or you cease to plant the crops and vegetables.

•       Also, all other types of farming, only the fruits trees do not require new or fresh capital, while the crops and vegetables and spices require to be replanted and with new capital every season, year after year.

•       Even with business, you have to have the capital to do regular purchasing of raw materials or ingredients; the orchard does not need that. You only buy the raw materials such as seedlings and breeders once.

•       Even when you are bedridden, your fruitrees continues to bear fruits!

•       Even if you are asleep or in wheelchair, your fruitrees do not stop bearing fruits!

•       At the sunset of your life, the orchard goes sunrise!

•       At the sunset of your business, your orchard goes sunrise!

•       At the sunset of your age, your orchard sunrises!

•       Your SSS or GSIS may give your pension or money but it can quickly evaporate for lack of health and presence of illnesses… no matter how big your pension might be…which is not usually the case!

•       Your Medicare or PhilHealth will only pay the hospital bills and cannot heal your illnesses which will get worse because you do not have the fresh air, the organic nutrients, the fresh water, the serenity that only an orchard can provide!

•       Without the freshness, quietness, peace, health and healing only the orchard can give, your health will grow worse, your medical expenses will increase… and your SSS/GSIS and Medicare-Philhealth will be dwarfed by the prohibitive medical cost and become like a penny compared to cost of covid or cancer, for example.

•       The Ecosystem and environment described in Genesis 1 & 2 as a garden, with its beautiful grasses, delicious fruits, and precious animals, called Eden and Paradise also depict the “land of milk and honey” called Canaan.  We call that Ranchard, because it is mainly a combination of domesticated animals (ranch) and fruit trees (orchard).

•       In the Lord’s own version of the gospel, forming the largest part of the genuine Holy Scriptures/ Bible titled “The Great Gospel according to Jesus Christ thru John” which is 7,500 pages (compared to the Christian Bible which is only 1,100 pages), the Lord spent 11 chapters in 47 pages explaining His will and directive regarding the land and other resources of mother Earth, which we summarize as follows: “I do not authorize anyone to commercialize the land, to buy or sell, for it is free, for all, nor for anyone to take a size more than he needs, so that every family shall have its fair share, and no one will go hungry nor go begging!”

•       So, according to God, there is a sufficient piece of land for everybody.

•       And it is this piece of land that we can cultivate and turn into Ranchard – our own Eden and Paradise  -  our land flowing with milk and honey  - health and beauty.

•       This is part of the blessings and freedom that the real Jesus Christ bring for all mankind. Those religions that end up grabbing your land such as the Spanish priests in the Philippines and their friar lands, huge track of lands they acquired by deceit and spiritual threats of hell, they are fake priests, fake religion, fake church! They came disguising and behaving like sheep but are wolves in disguise…and indeed, they were able to get the land and resources they were lusting for… and reduced the people to abject poverty and worst impoverishment.

 

So why has the land been lost?

And why has the orchard been forgotten?
